“My Wonder World series do not represent the ordinary reality of how we usually perceive the world, but are rather landscapes of the soul, landscapes of the subconscious mind and landscapes of dreams. I often find myself wandering through these ever-changing landscapes and am highly intrigued by their multi – dimensionality. These impressions are a product of memories deeply engraved in my soul and imagination. They create ideas and compositions which are realized in my art studio when brush and color enter the canvas and may change and develop during the progress of the painting.” – Leah Angelo
